These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theGameplayGen API service ("Service"), operated by José Freitas, trading as GameplayGen, Kesterstr 3., 86153 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
GameplayGen provides an economy engine and content generation APIs for games. The Service includes account management, API key provisioning, game data storage, usage analytics, and related developer tools accessible via gameplaygen.dev and gameplaygen.com.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
API keys are issued per account and grant access to the Service. You must keep your API keys secure and must not share them publicly. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately via your console. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or compromised.

You retain full ownership of all game data, configurations, and content you create or upload through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service operates on a Monthly Active Users (MAU) pricing model, including a free tier. Rate limits apply based on your plan. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in throttled requests or temporary suspension of access until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the console or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your access to the Service will cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameplayGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.
